 Interacting with aliens, destroying an asteroid, catching a rocket in mid-air, etc.
 Oops, excuse me. Reality has crept in.
 Today, I will introduce a content that introduce a man who made the impossible possible.


＜２．	Problem Statement＞ 15s
 Catching a rocket in mid-air, achieving autonomous driving, reviving twitter, creating artificial intelligence, these are the only one person’s achievements. He is the one who is Elon Musk.
 However, his achievements or scandals are regularly in the spotlight, how he thinks, decides, and makes a company that changed humanity are little known.

 This content especially focuses on brutal early days of SpaceX and uncovers the tips of ability of its teams.

 Let me introduce this podcast, the Founders, especially the 369th time released in November 2024. In it, David Senra breaks down the DNA of SpaceX for a full hour.

 It is roughly structured into three parts.
 First of all, narrated the story of SpaceX as a company. From the background of the founding, about first rocket’s launch, and to the processes of becoming a company known by everyone.
 Next, he explains how Elon Musk made SpaceX’s teams. This is the most important part. It is explained those from the employee’s perspective. How he engaged all of over 3,000 employees, how he got them to cooperate his vision that he believes in, and how he delegated tasks to the employees.
 Finally, it’s about the culture of SpaceX he made and how it provided momentum for improving humanity to SpaceX.

 Now, I introduce 3 favorite words which are in this content.
 First is Rapidly. This shows their style of working.
 Second is Dedicate. It is the essential item to pursue the vision with determination for teams.
The last word is Obsession. This is what made Elon the most successful person on the Earth.
Rapidly, Dedicate, and Obsession. These three words hold all the reasons for success to make a sci-fi the reality.
